What is soft washing?
An alternative to pressure/power washing, soft washing does not use high pressure. Rather, it extensively cleans surfaces while eliminating microorganisms that cause discoloration on your roof and other surfaces.
Why does soft washing work?
Created over 20 years ago, soft washing has become a popular cleaning method, and many large companies in Florida, like Disney, Universal Studios, and government organizations, rely on it. Over 100,000 roofs have also been efficiently cleaned with soft washing.
Why is soft washing better than pressure washing?
Pressure washing merely washes off the surface layer of grime, while soft washing does this and gets rid of all the bacteria. Since soft washing doesn’t use damaging high pressure, the treatments also last much longer.
How long will the results of soft washing last?
Most soft washing treatments will last up to four times as long as pressure washing before any tarnishing happens. In most cases, our treatments will last more than a year.

Is soft washing safe?
The cleansing processes and systems we use are safe for the environment. The remedies we use are also non-toxic and will not release any hazardous chemicals into the area that surrounds your property.
Is soft washing safe for the environment?
Yes! All of our cleansing services are 100% biodegradable, we only use 1/3 the water of pressure washing, and since our cleanings last longer than pressure washing, cleaning is not needed as often.
What surfaces can you clean with soft washing?
On top of roofing systems, we clean all kinds of building exterior siding, fences, decks, concrete, and brick. We can also use soft washing on building materials like concrete, aluminum, vinyl siding, brick, timber, roof shingles, and much more.
Is soft washing guaranteed?
We guarantee all our work for roof cleaning. If you notice microbe growth on your roof within one year of cleaning, we will provide a complimentary clean. We also offer a five-year spot-free warranty. If you notice any discoloration on your roof within five years of treatment, we will clean it again at a prorated rate.
What about Artillery Fungus?
It’s worth noting that we cannot guarantee that softwashing will remove artillery fungus. This common fungus sticks very firmly to surfaces. Because of its adhesion properties, it can be difficult to remove completely, but we’re happy to have a look should you suspect this fungus on your property’s exterior.
