Baker Softwash does an amazing job at communicating and being on time to each and every appointment. The folks in sales, office scheduling/billing, and technicians did a great job and showed genuine care for customer experience. We are very happy with the results of our roof wash, house wash and patio/driveway wash. I’m so glad our friends referred us to them; I will recommend their services without hesitation to family and friends.

From the start of the first phone call, everyone handled our questions professionally. When they were on site completing the estimate they walked our entire house with us explaining the options available to us and how they would perform the work. The company made the appointment 10 days out and responded right on time! They were attentive to our property and did their best to return everything to its proper position. We had some moss on one section of the roof and they have rescheduled a 60 day follow up at no cost to make sure we are satisfied! Overall I would recommend.

The crew from Baker Softwash came out and cleaned the exterior of my home from top to bottom. They also cleaned the stonework outside of my home. It looks great! I've received so many compliments and am loving my "new" house! I could not have asked for a better experience!

We have our home soft washed yearly. This home is 3 years old the 2 companies that cleaned it previously told me our gutter facing couldn't be cleaned. Karen your estimator assured me you could. The young men that came out took great care to stay out of the flower beds. My windows look so beautiful I am not going to put my screens up. My gutters absolutely sparkle. My homes exterior is truly clean. I highly recommend your company.

This is the second Time that I have used Bakers Soft Wash. The first time was to clean the roof. This time was to pressure wash our patio and driveway. Both times they have been extremely professional and punctual. They did a fantastic job on both services. I would highly recommend this company.

I met Shawn Baker several years ago through the Mooresville Chamber and thought he had a good service and business model. After years of poor pressure washing jobs and service, I decided to try the Softwash concept. The team I dealt with from the office and the washers were nice young people who were polite, patient, and responsive to my questions. I made sure to look over my house before they came out so I could see if the results were noticeable and positive. I have to say, I was pretty impressed. The washing really brightened up the vinyl siding and trim, got the dirt off the wood and brought out the original colors of my 13 year old house. Another side benefit is that my plants were not damaged. The service may seem a little expensive compared to run of the mill pressure washing, but it's an entirely different process that was worth the cost. Thanks guys. See you again next year!

Had the house soft washed by Baker. They did a much better job than the pressure washing we’ve had done before, where some grime would be left or large circular patterns were made on our siding. Baker’s soft washing had no grime left and didn’t damage our vinyl at all.

Shawn Baker is extremely conscientious and professional. He came back to check on a job that was not up to his standards. He remedied the issue on a weekend ( during very cold weather). And also protected our vehicles from a potential hazard of falling slate roof tiles. They also removed algae, moss and stains from a delicate 80 year old slate roof…. It looks new again and has greatly improved the curb appeal of our home. We are very happy and glad to have found Baker Soft Wash!

I hired Baker SoftWash to hang and install my Christmas lights this year ! They came while I was at work and when I turned down the block I could not believe that was my house... WOW !!!! Baker Soft Wash did an amazing job cleaning the outside of my home. Unlike pressure washing, soft wash applies the nest cleaners while also sealing the area against future grim & mold. They workers were so nice, professional, timely, and pleasant. I will hire them again w/o question when my home needs to be cleaned outside. I'd give it more than five stars if I could!!!

We preferred the soft wash to high pressure washing because we have wood shakes on our house. Baker SoftWash did a tremendous job. The workers took great care to cover every detail, including hand cleaning corners and crevasses. I highly recommend.

There are so many great things to say! The whole team works incredibly hard, they are so respectful of your property (to include your flowers and deck furniture). If you have any questions or concerns, you will get a quality answer and not be ignored! Our 8 year old house was needing some more TLC than we could do ourselves and Baker SoftWash came out and cleaned the Siding and Boxing, Roof and concrete walks. Wow! Looks like a new house again and we are so pleased. The team that came obviously knew what they were doing and did a fabulous job. I contracted Baker SoftWash to clean my gutters and downspouts, install gutter guards, clean windows inside and out, clean solar panels, asphalt roof washing and soft wash the stucco exterior of my home. They were prompt, very courteous and worked steadily the whole day. They did a great job and I’ve already received compliments on their excellent work. Will definitely hire again next late spring after the pollen clears.

I have had many window cleaners and not one of them compares to this company. They use a special solution that leaves the windows streak free and clean.They were very good about placing their ladder in a way as not to damage our plants so I did not have to go and supervise.Lastly, their price was of very good value so I will use them again and recommend them to our neighbors.

Shawn’s excellent cleaning service is an annual event for us now; 3rd year. The house/ yard/ driveway look new, overnight. I’m guessing people don’t realize the dark streaky roofs and black spots on house- siding can be removed so easily with this service. I look forward to Shawn’s professional assistance every spring, and of course, highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed- he’ll make sure of that.
