We were looking for a pressure washer but was leery of calling someone we didn't know because of some damage we've had from pressure washing in the past. This was my 3rd year in a row using Baker SoftWash for a spring cleaning house wash. Matt and his team were great; they communicated with me during the cleaning to make sure I was happy with the results. They helped move a few larger flower pots that were too heavy for me to move by myself. They also acknowledged my concerns about protecting particular shrubs and taking the steps to make sure they were not damaged by the cleaning solution.
I initially went back and forth between 4 and 5 stars but ultimately settled on 5 because, overall, we’re very happy with the house and exterior / interior window cleaning. The team made scheduling easy, they arrived when they promised and, most importantly, they were careful and pretty thorough around the house as they performed the work. We just bought the home and it really needed a cleaning. It looks so much better now, especially the windows. The matter that initially caused me to hesitate with the 5 star rating is, in a few places, we’ve still got some dirt and debris on the house soffits. I suspect this may be a consequence of cleaning with soft water pressure versus a more powerful spray and/or a brush — we didn’t want to risk the damage that can result from power washing. We’ll have Sean back again.

Our house was relatively clean, but it now looks new. Soft wash is the way to go, as it’s much easier on all surfaces than high pressure power washing. It also kills any mold or mildew, preventing a return of growth for several years. In fact, we last had the house done by Baker Softwash in 2020. They were efficient and tidy.

Highly recommend Baker’s soft wash. They cleaned my stone patio and there was no damage to the grout like you sometime see with pressure washing. I am very pleased with the results of our house soft wash! The house looks great and the employees who came out to do the work were helpful and respectful. I had expressed some concerns over a few more tender potted plants that I suspected needed to be shielded from the cleaning solution. I had moved all that I could away from the house before the appointment time and they moved the rest. Shrubs and nearby plants in the ground were treated/rinsed and nothing was damaged (that wasn’t the case with another company I used a few years ago). I’ll be a returning customer for sure!
This was probably the best customer service I have ever received. The professionals with Baker Softwash we're very prompt, responsive and very honest. I have some defective paint that started to oxidize within 3 years and they recommended a special treatment to help remove the oxidation and rejuvenate the paint that was not effective due to degree of oxidation and paint failure. Because of this, they didn't charge me for the treatment since it wasn't effective anyway and I was very impressed with their communication and being upfront with what they were seeing and for not charging me for the treatment. My house and windows look so much better after their services and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I met Shawn Baker several years ago through the Mooresville Chamber and thought he had a good service and business model. After years of poor pressure washing jobs and service, I decided to try the Softwash concept. The team I dealt with from the office and the washers were nice young people who were polite, patient, and responsive to my questions. I made sure to look over my house before they came out so I could see if the results were noticeable and positive. I have to say, I was pretty impressed. The washing really brightened up the vinyl siding and trim, got the dirt off the wood and brought out the original colors of my 13 year old house. Another side benefit is that my plants were not damaged. The service may seem a little expensive compared to run of the mill pressure washing, but it's an entirely different process that was worth the cost. Thanks guys. See you again next year!
Had the house soft washed by Baker. They did a much better job than the pressure washing we’ve had done before, where some grime would be left or large circular patterns were made on our siding. Baker’s soft washing had no grime left and didn’t damage our vinyl at all.
Shawn Baker is extremely conscientious and professional. He came back to check on a job that was not up to his standards. He remedied the issue on a weekend ( during very cold weather). And also protected our vehicles from a potential hazard of falling slate roof tiles. They also removed algae, moss and stains from a delicate 80 year old slate roof…. It looks new again and has greatly improved the curb appeal of our home. We are very happy and glad to have found Baker Soft Wash!

Baker Soft Wash did an amazing job cleaning the outside of my home. Unlike pressure washing, soft wash applies the nest cleaners while also sealing the area against future grim & mold. They workers were so nice, professional, timely, and pleasant. I will hire them again w/o question when my home needs to be cleaned outside. I'd give it more than five stars if I could!!!

We preferred the soft wash to high pressure washing because we have wood shakes on our house. Baker SoftWash did a tremendous job. The workers took great care to cover every detail, including hand cleaning corners and crevasses. I highly recommend.
There are so many great things to say! The whole team works incredibly hard, they are so respectful of your property (to include your flowers and deck furniture). If you have any questions or concerns, you will get a quality answer and not be ignored! Our 8 year old house was needing some more TLC than we could do ourselves and Baker SoftWash came out and cleaned the Siding and Boxing, Roof and concrete walks. Wow! Looks like a new house again and we are so pleased. The team that came obviously knew what they were doing and did a fabulous job. I contracted Baker SoftWash to clean my gutters and downspouts, install gutter guards, clean windows inside and out, clean solar panels, asphalt roof washing and soft wash the stucco exterior of my home. They were prompt, very courteous and worked steadily the whole day. They did a great job and I’ve already received compliments on their excellent work. Will definitely hire again next late spring after the pollen clears.
I have had many window cleaners and not one of them compares to this company. They use a special solution that leaves the windows streak free and clean.
They were very good about placing their ladder in a way as not to damage our plants so I did not have to go and supervise.

Baker just finished with our home. On time, professional, move things and put them back. The stains on the concrete, gone! The brick water stains and algae gone! All the white trim, doors & fences are white again. Great value. Highly recommend!

Shawn’s excellent cleaning service is an annual event for us now; 3rd year. The house/ yard/ driveway look new, overnight. I’m guessing people don’t realize the dark streaky roofs and black spots on house- siding can be removed so easily with this service.
